Hi, i am nilesh prakash a regular customer of big bazaar and i have purchase so many time in bigbazaar, express avenue chennai and so many other big bazaar stores entire india but didn't get any type of problem.
But, today 2019 july 8 when i went to billing counter of bigbazaar, mr michael paul was there at billing counter. Everything was ok till that.
Then i billed the products and paid 410 using future pay wallet and gave him card for payment of remaining rs 42.
Then, his real face came, he told that i can't accept card below rs 100. I didn't have change that time. I gave him rs 500 note. Then he became very angry and told that every "north indian" are very cheap like you. He told, if you have not change or money why you north indians come to chennai and increasing unemployment for south indian person at chennai, go back to north india. Then, again he says "i am temporary staff" you can't do anything, he said his name michael paul and told that you can go and complaints to customer care desk. Then i complained at customer care desk, customer care staff said that he is a temporary staff, i will escalate this matter to hr and does nothing at that time. Manager was not available at that time.
Please punnish this temporary staff. Every customer don't have time to lodge complaints. He disappointed us very much and i had a very worst shopping experience, first time in my life.
