Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Bills showing debit for personal accident insurance which was never applied for

I find recently that future retail is charging for personal accident insurance in each bill whatever be the billing amount.No policy was ever taken with Future retail and they gave no right to charge the customers.Who us interested in a policy of a losing concern and it is against public policy to charge unreasonably for the same.It seems they are trying to mint money this way and try to make up fir a part of their losses.Please intervene and get such charges stopped instantly
