[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — brand factory wallet debited in unsuccessful order[protected]

I have tried to make a payment at brandfactory on 23rd june and at checkout rs 500 was deducted from brandfactory payment gateway from futute pay app, but order was not placed ultimately (Transaction id[protected].
Since then i am trying again and again... Emailing and trying to call in their customer care number but no communication is getting established from their part.

Thsi need to be resolved immediately and refund of rs 500 need to be done
