Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — braught dates which are within expiry date but got fungus on it

I bought premium quality dates from big bazaar store from viviana mall thane west today. It has packaging date as 01/2020 and expiry of 1 year from packaging. When i opened, i found that all date are with fungus on it. It has very bad smell. It is not in eatable form at all. There were lot of boxes on shelf. Ikindly look into it and solve this asap.

I had a shopping on 5 Feb 2020 and that day there was future pay cashback on certain items. I also registerd my number but did not receive any link to generate E- bill.
