Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Cashback not received of 500 against 2500 + rs shopping

As per there offer I did shopping of 2544 rs. on 11 april 2021. According to there offer I will receive 500 rs cashback.
but all of sudden they give me 62 rs refund (estimate[protected] and now I am not eligible for cashback. from my bank account 2544 deducted.
this is a fraud from big bazaar. I want my 500 cashback.
