Shopping of rs.5194/- was done on 25/05/2019 there was an offer of luggage on shopping of rs.5000/- was suppose to receive rs. 1000/- cashback in futurepay wallet i. E. Rs200/- every month for 5 months from june-2019. Have raised the complaint 5-6 times and have also forwarded the details to [protected]@futuregroup.in the month is about to get over yet no cashback received no revert no response nothing so now am should i go further and register fir of fraud and scam with me in neareast police station? Unnecessary harrasment and toture.

Updated by k33yur I have already mailed to you before 15 days no revert and nothing happened what to do further? The mail was sent to [protected]@futuregroup.in. but it was just a waste.

Updated by k33yur Don't you read the complaint properly have already mentioned that have sent the bill copy to mail id mentioned yet no response. Are robots replying to this?
