I found that many a times the stores charge higher priced for products and when we submit the bills for price match the cashbacks are credited without informing us by sms or e mail and if not redeemed by us they are forfeited by the company. This is very unfair policy. The stores had first committed the mistake of charging higher prices and then forfeiting the cashbacks after a month. The cashbacks show only in the app and nobody has the time to open the apps to check such cashbacks regularly. Id the stores have overcharged at the time of billing they have been following unfair practices and later by not intimating us they have gone further to eat up our money for which we gave a right for the lifetime. No timeframe can be attached to it to redeem since this is the unfair technique of the company to retain our money.

Without even letting us know what cashback has been credited how can we use it. I have written several times that the customer should be intimated through sms and e mail about the cashback about you simply think about the benefit of your company and forfeit the cashbacks of customers. Nobody has the time to check from the app everytime on this busy schedule. I hate this policy of yours and shall complain. To the consumer forum.
