Hi,
I have bought three casserole set from big bazaar on three different bills on alternative dates within the scheme period and i was assured that Rs. 300 (as per scheme cond.) will credit in my future pay app. But i have received the the benefit for two pieces only on 3rd of the June 2019.
I spoken with your future pay app toll free number and they told me that this scheme is applicable up to 2 piece only. Now my first query is that i have not bought all three pieces in one bill and and second is if this is on my mobile number([protected]) than store team should informed me the same. However there was the condition of two piece in a bill mentioned, but not mentioned anything about the mobile number. I have send many mails at [protected]@futurepay.co.in, [protected]@futurepay.co.in, [protected]@futuregroup.in but no one responding despite repeated reminder. Request you to kindly look into the matter and provide the solution on priority. Please don't send any system generated response or email.
