[Resolved] Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — change the packet of rice not same which i bought from display

Yesterday i bought a 25kg packet of rice from sealdah big bazar in kolkata. I chose a rice from there display of rs 39/kg. They gave me a packet of rice from there stock, net amount of rs975.00. When i opened the packet at home it is completely a poor quality rice not the same which i bought from display. I want to see what they done after lodging a complaint.. Otherwise i have to take ligal action against the company.

I have ordered a hometown swirl king size bed on 13th Oct, 2018 and it's delivery date was 14th Nov, 2018 but till now it has not delivered in my address and repeatedly they giving a reschedule ...I want to get it with in due date with minimum late fine compensation of Rs 5000..
