I have purchased a shirt on 16th April from Lower Parel FBB and on 27th I washed that shirt for the first time and I saw that the colour was removing from the shirt and now shirt is useless... Please suggest what I can do

Hi, recently I have shopped for 4800rs in bigbazar, I informed billing person by name madesha that I don't have bigbazar card, while billing he use somebody else's card on my bill. It's illegal to use somebodies bill to claim discount without their permission, kindly rectify and take necessary action
