I had purchased Saffola Gold 5 Litres oil with offer of 1 litre Saffola Gold oil Free on 21 Apr 2021 vide Invoice No. [protected] from Big Bazaar, MPM Mall, Kachiguda X Road, Hyderabad, but was not provided the Free 1 Litre oil pack citing non availability. Also, BigBazaar offered another brand of 1 litre oil pouch which was of much lower quality. The staff promised that they will call me within 2 to 3 days for collection of free 1 litre Saffola Gold pouch. I had not heard from any of the BigBazaar staff since then and visited the store two times and was again sent back without issuing the free oil pouch stating non availability. Finally visited again on 2 May and after waiting for over 30 minutes was assured by Mr. Praveen (Supervisor - Mobile : [protected]) that he will deliver the free oil pouch to my home address and noted my contact details. I have waited since then but there was no call from Big Bazaar for delivery. I tried calling Mr. Praveen again today (20 May) and he is not answering the calls and when I sent him an SMS he replied that he is not well since 10 days and staying at home. Also, that I have incurred parking charges of Rs. 60 for 3 visits to Big Bazaar for enquiring/collection about the free oil pouch.
I would like to bring to the attention of Management of Big Bazaar of the poor Customer Service and rude staff. Pls. arrange for the delivery of the Free 1 Litre pouch of Saffola Gold and close the matter. Myself and my friends have already decided that we will not be visiting big bazaar for any further shopping requirements.
