I am a regular customer of yours, i like big bazaar, as it is one place which fulfills all family need.
Every month i purchase approx 6500 to 7500.
But today your system hearted me a lot,
Today i visited your shop and did all the shopping, kindly refer my bill challah no 695488.
I stayed in queue for billing, i was in queue for more than 30 minutes but no issue as i know, sunday little rush will be there.
Approx after 30 minutes i reached near your counter, and just before me one customer was standing in queue who was well known to your counter employee, as they were talking about there family matter, same customer called another person from back side, i objected the same, even all the customer standing behind me objected, but he informed me we are one family.
But actually it was not, we complained to your counter and said if they are together then issue only one bill.
But your counter did not listen us and issued separate bill.
It feels we are value less and your shop has no discipline.
I also visited your helpdesk and ask them for complain book, but they given me your feedback and suggestion book, and said it is your complain book, i surprised such a big store do not maintain complain book.
Would like your kind response on my above issue.
