Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Damaged product or worst quality product

I bought a leather jacket in october 2019 but when i used this product 2 or three times ..
this product is fully damaged ..
the quality of material is very poor ...
the leather of jacket is damaged easily by just rubbed by hands without forcefully...
