We have made a order dove soap, two bombay dying bed cover vide our order no. Bbmb[protected] dated 12.08.2018 amount of rs.1357/-. However we have received only done soap and o e bed cover vide invoice no. Wb[protected] dated 29.08.18 amount of rs.798/-. Several occasions we called customer care for rest of the product and they replied product is unavailable, as an when available the same will be delivered. My questions is almost 2.50 months is over for our order but we did not received the invoice till date. If we not received the invoice within 7days, we will file case to the honble consumer court /any other court with penal charges.
