I am susmita das from salkia, howrah. I have purchased some products from your bigbazar avani mall counter at 30/09/2018. My billed amount was paid by my father's bank of india's debit card but i am following that by updating the passbook, the billed amount is paid by two times. I already talked to your counter help desk, they are not interested to help me about that.
I am a regular customer of bigbazar, previously i have not faced this types of problem.
The problem is so serious to me because bigbazar help desk is not helping me.
