Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Extra Billing on purchase at store and no resolution

On 15th August 2021, I went to the Big Bazaar and bought some groceries that included a Horlicks. The store was filled with people and the cashier billed in hurry. I rushed back home and later found that was billed twice for a the Horlicks.

Since then I have been trying to reach them and nobody responds.
