We had purchased study revolving chair - despite of other options (Low ranges) in this segment purchased at high price hoping for the best quality.
During receipt itself we had received defective bottom cap (Broken piece) which was then replaced by home town service team. Now lather quality is not good it started pealing off now. When we complained home town team visited our place and in return got quote of 6k to replace leather sheet. If product is less than one year old under warranty period how can hown town cheat like this. Reference number of complaint is : ht[protected].
