My order number is[protected]. I raiser this order on 11th of april via big bazaar online and paid. On 12th of april they canceled few items as unavailable and refunded.. That is ok.
But on 14tha i recieved a message that my order is delivered which was so confusing because i did not receive any order. I raised a complaint via email and calling customer care. They say that they can see my order is still in transit however in my app it was showing delivered. I asked them to cancel my order and inititiate refund but nothing is happenning. They are looting people in this difficult situation. And nobody is listening. I am tired of calling customer care as they put us on hold and never speak. Can somebody help here? I have recordings of calls too.
