Hometown did not inform that they don't service their own chimney . When we raised complaint for servicing they outsourced to a fake vendor who has cheated us. When we raised complaint with hometown they said it was outside vendor from urban clap which they never informed us. Now vendor has not delivered product and blocked our numbers of and taken half advance for product. In addition to that while serving vendor claimed board was damaged so tool the money for new board but chimney making more noise and seems like he has cheated us on that also. Address and name on bill of vendor different from gpay account and no such address of vendor on Google search also
