On 22 Jan 2019, I made a purchase of approx 11000 and when I checked my bill the items which were supposed to be on discount were charged twice. I somehow managed to get the amount back in my future wallet after 2 hours of continuous effort with customer care centre at mayur vihar extension. When I reached home while checking the items and bill I realised that the amount charged was incorrect. For eg. The chilly powder was for rs.140 however they have charged 160 for it and same was the case with 3-4 items which I could recall. I revisited them, I ended up wasting my 2 hours and at the end nothing happened. The customer care people(Bhagwansingh and Vivek) said that the amount mentioned on the board and the amount as per their system is different. These are not saste din. Rather the most expensive din. Stop fooling people.
