Hi, I have placed order on Big Bazaar on 21-Jul-2021 with Order ID:[protected]. My bill amount was ₹ 766.00. As per offer I am eligible to get 1 kg sugar free with the order but I have not received it yet. I have placed online complain on Big Bazaar site but that was not addressed . I have called call center and enquired about my online complains but they told no complain was locked and then they took my complain and logged in their system on Jul 23 with Complaint No : BB[protected]. but still no one has resolved this issue. This is not deserved from such a big company to trouble their customers like this. 1 kg sugar is not a big deal but if company is providing such offers they they should make sure that they are fulfilling them. Disappointed.
