Dear sir / madam,

This is regarding use of amount in future pay wallet. I had done shopping during 15-aug-2018 offer and got eligible for inr 100/- in my future pay wallet every month. I had received my first credit to future pay wallet for month of sept with expiry set to 30-sep-18. Today on 30-sept-18, when i tried to make payment using my future pay wallet balance @ sighgad road pune big bazar, it was found that future pay was not functioning due to server issue. I waited for around 1 hour but with no resolution.in fact there is no alternative provided by customer service / staff in case of any technical issue and customer are left helpless with no resolution and loose their credit even though this in not their fault. I not only request to extend expiry of my future pay balance but also request you to devise some mechanism so that customer are not left helpless and feel cheated
