On 2nd june, 2019 i have shopped from big bazaar. As per the offer, i was eligible to receive cash back in future pay wallet, but i dint receive.
I have contacted future pay customer care and got the complaint raised: fp[protected].
I got mail that the complaint will be resolved in 5 days, but now even after 12days and lot of follow-up with the customer care, the complaint is still not resolved. Additionally, upon each call/mail customer care gives false profile to resolve it withing 48 hours but actually no resolution provided till date. Was this information helpful? |
