Hi - I bought few clothes for my daughter from Big Bazar Asansol - Galaxy mall on 22nd nov 20. One of the pants which I bought turned out to be little big for her so I went to exchange it today. Unfortunately I lost the bill, but the tag on the cloth was intact but still they refused to exchange the item without bill. I have membership with Big bazar since long and I provided my phone no to look into the details in the system. But still they refused to exchange the piece stating they can’t do without bill as per policy. Pls help resolving the issue.
