Today morning i did shopping in big bazaar, phoneix mall, bareilly branch, up for a worth of rs. 10, 000/-. At the counter they failed to give a glass bowl which was mentioned free with britannia toasttea premium bake rusk of 273gms. Big bazaar to ensure that the free gifts available for the items are given to the customers without fail. It is also requested to give a feedback on this complaint at the earliest. Maine karmik dry fruit ka sample ka order diya tha but vo aaya hi nahi abhi tak free sample tha Facebook pe.

There are 7 billing counters in this Big Bazaar of which only two are functioning which is causing a huge waiting time for the customers. This is at the Big Bazaar near the hotel panache in patna. HUGE WAITING PERIOD FOR CUSTOMERS.
