Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Home town credit note about to get expired

Home town credit note is about to get expired and all their stores near my home are closed.there customer care numbers are not conyacable.
I want a solution for the same.
either refund my money and open it online so that I can purchase from their website by using credit note.
