[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — I got a payment confirmation from the bank but didn't receive the order.

I had ordered the items yesterday evening through the Big Bazaar app and got a payment confirmation from the bank but haven't received my order yet.I have tried to contact the executive multiple times but didn't get any response.I want this issue to get resolved as soon as possible otherwise I'll have to raise a costumer harrasment case against future group.
