Yday we purchased few items at tarnaka big bazaar hyderabad
One of the packed item we purchased is cutlery set (Wb wellberg) when we opened item after reaching home, we couldn’t find fruit forks and dinner spoon (Numbers mentioned) in this set.
So when i called customer care... Mr tushar manager of tarnaka branch gave me surprise answer that yeh it’s defective set... N it was not mentioned anywhere also... Before buying we spoke to sales executive... He also didn’t informed about its defective product... When i asked for replacement... He is asking me to come over there... As a lady it’s difficult for me or spend extra money to get it replace without my fault.
I request kindly replace the item.. I e., complete cutlery set at the earliest or refund.
