I ordered some groceries via the Big Bazaar app on 6th of May. The date allotted for the delivery of the same was 8th May. On the morning of 8th, there was a update message saying that there would be a slight delay in the delivery of the order. After that day, no further updates were shared, the helpline given in the help section of the app is not valid and there was no reply to the complaints filed via the Big Bazaar app. The order was prepaid, amounting to Rs 3999.
