Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — missed item

Yesterday on 18th may 2019 i have purchased some items from of big bazaar, dibrugarh, assam. The stuff fixed packed my items so i can't checked my items, but when i was open my pack at home some items was missed. Then i immediately checked my payment bill. Payment already done by me for my missed items. Missed 3 items are thick&thirsty floor & more extra large cloths. ₹567/-paid against mentioned items. Now i will not go to received again this items, because i am live in 300km different from big bazaar, dibrugarh. Please take action as soon as possible.

Big Bazaar employee especially manager in pink square mall, rajapark jaipur is very rude and bad.

I have given written complain multiple times but they don't listen.

They literally dont care about pragnent womens, kids and edlerly.

Help me to know how can i raise this complaint to right authority.
