Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Money deducted from bank but app shows payment pending

I was ordering some items from big bazaar app but when i confirmed the payment from paytm upi app show no money in future pay but my money is deducted from bank account i have also attacted the payment confirmation page please help me refund my money
