Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Money deducted on online shopping.but items not delivered

I am regular customer of big bazaar. I have ordered some vegetables and fruits on future pay app...on 19 apr 2021. My money rs 1037 was deducted from my account. But items not delivered...i am trying from last 04 days to contact your customer care personnel... But there is no positive reply...
