Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Need a refund which are paid in advance for profit club

There is no reply from Big Bazaar for profit club member card, Advance which are paid by many customer will not be refunded by future group think so as they have stopped toll free number and customer care email address so that they don't have to reply.
