I have purchased VIP Aristocrat Suit case from Big Bazaar store at Kompally. Now the suit case was broken and I am checking with VIP Customer service for the replacement along with the Warranty card which I have. But they are asking for the Invoice copy to claim the warranty. But the Bill copy provided by Big Bazaar became a white paper now. The total ink on it completely wiped of as the days passed. I thought of visiting the store to get the duplicate billl but the store is not available now at Kompally.
So I request for Duplicate copy of the bill as early as possible to claim my warranty.
Shopping was done at Big Bazaar, Kompally Hyberabad.
