Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Need refund for my membership fees of 10000

I bought the membership of 10000 rs to purchase on monthly basis. But big bazaar is now closed and their toll free number is not reachable. Also they do not reply on emails.

Please help.
