My son's birthday was there so i went to bigbazaar orion mall to buy silk mini bar packets. We collected 5 packets of 200 each. As it was sunday, there was a long queue. Onlu 2 counter were working. When enquired then they said it was a lunch break. When my number came then that lady started swiping the barcode but it didn't work. So she manually entered the code but the product entry was not there. After inquiring they said that as they are having new stock they don't have entry in there system. Why these people are not ready. They know huge crowd will be visiting on sunday. It is irresponsible and careless attitude towards the customer wasting there valuable time.
