We have ordered in the big bazaar on 31 st may, after the 4 days not received the order, if they are unable to deliver they need to inform even they have not done that,
Waited for 4 days, unable to reach the customer service,
customer service keep on replying as you will get the order within 2 hours, but not received yet,

And there is no option to initiate the refund in the big bazaar website.
If they inform its delay for order, like intimation message or call or chat, it would be benefit for the customers,
As customers wont get confuse, they will wait for the order.
As customer we are at wavering mind as we will receive the order or not.
