Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — No refund against short supply

I had placed an order with Bigbazar on dated 05/05/2021 for delivery of 7nos.items vide order ref. no. ID[protected] on payment of Rs. 1197.02.However on receiving the delivery on 06/05/2021 it was observed that 5 nos items having invoice value of Rs. 964.07 was supplied. Accordingly I have tried several times to contact them through customer care no. [protected] but in vain. I have also sent email to customer care in this regard but remains unresponsive.

They have not yet refunded money.

Despite expiry of more than 15 days since the schedule date of refund it has not yet been credited to my Bank account.
