I ordered some items yesterday with the following order id and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and the payment is also made but till now no updates about my order and also the customer support is switched off

I am worried that the products which l ordered is not going to be delivered as there is no response from their side
Please initiate necessary action to resolve my problem
