As deposited 1 profitclub card from which rs 56 were taken out by big bazaar. The card was submitted with your kalkaji, new delhi branch along with my particulars along with a cancelled check and i was assured that the refund would be made within 2-3 days whereas it is more than 15 days and the refund has not been made so far
Please look into the matter and do the needful immediately.

No trollies available. When asked at desk no one was bothered.
Very very bad behavior by customer service team. Dirty trolly givrn when available
