Complaint marked as Resolved after 18 days though bigbazzar dont give me any response to my complaints i registered on thir different platform, the amount is refunded to me now. I dont know its automatically happened or because of my complaints over. Anyway Thanks . However I must say BIGBAZZAR customer care is very poor and its cost its reputation.Its highly unlikely i pay upfront for any items from Bigbazzar because of my experience
