I had purchased 25 kg rice from Big Bazaar Hiland Park, Metropolis, Kolkata on 27th November 2018, and requested for Home delivery with Big Bazaar. They provided the challan no 520378, and as per the challan it supposed to be delivered on 29th November 2018, however it failed to get delivered, called the Hiland Park more the 10 times [protected] no response, called the toll free [protected], the took the complaint but of no help, today 30th November 2018, still not delivered,
Such a harrassment.

Your deoghar branch timing is 10:30 am I'm waiting outside from 10:20 and entry gate not opened till now.
