I have ordered some essential items yesterday through BIG BAZAAR APP. As there was NO CASH ON DELIVERY OPTION so I had to choose ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD (UPI). The payment got deducted from my account but on Big Bazaar App they showed "Payment Awaiting", later on ORDER GOT CANCELLED.
~They DO NOT have a valid Customer Care Number in operation.
~They DO NOT have appropriate problem resolution system.
~Their app DOES NOT work properly.
I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION & MONEY REFUND.
