The order #[protected] which was supposed to deliver yesterday is NOT DELIVERED from Big Bazaar Udupi. However, the status in the app says it is already delivered. And few of the items in the list has been removed from list but no refund has been initiated.
I totally understand that during this dire need all have resource challenges including staffs. But the online support is pathetic. The contact numbers are not updated or not sure if anyone is interested to attend. When an auto generated mail can trigger on trying to place new order, there should be someone to address grievances.
Kindly investigate and let me know the actual status of the order and status of amount that has to be refunded due to cancellation of items from your end.
