[Resolved]  Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — outdated patanjali soap

I have bought yesterday itself patanjali aloe vera kanti bathing soap. I see the products had offer buy one get one free... They were changed to old out dated smelling soaps which about to expire in next week... This is totally cheating business done by big bazaar. They show something and sell something that to almost out dated products. I want my money back or new soap. This has totally disheartened me.

I have buy some goods vide inv no 4971 dt 19.06.2019 from big bazar bathinda.
They have charged me Rs 7/- as plain fiber bag.

Please confirm me are these charges applicable if not why are they taken every time.

I would like to inform you that I have purchased window AC Product: LWA18CPXA on 2 June, 2019 from Big Bazar of Great INDIA Mall, Noida . Till now, no product has been delivered to me.

They keep on making an excuse o[censored]navailability of products.
