Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Paid for the home delivery but didn't receive it

I have ordered some essentials from big bazaar on 9th May and was expected to be delivered on the same day itself. But it didn't happen and I tried to contact the helpline numbers and the nearest store number of big bazaar but it was nit reachable. My order number is #[protected] and I would like to know when my order will be delivered as the app is not working and telling me the exact position of my order.
