I have placed an order with Big Bazaar (Jadavpur, Kolkata) online. The order Number is[protected] dtd. 23/05/2021. The amount prepaid is around Rs. 5000/=. Even after 5 days the order has not been delivered. I am unable to get through their phone numbers. E-Mails sent to them remain unreplied.
