Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Pf claims not received

I wanted to ask that i have submitted my pf claim form in my organization in 2019 with the store hr, they have given me a proof of submition of claims but in pf online check it states that there is no pf number as such, Said by store hr Mr. Satinder Singh and his no. [protected].

but till date there is no reply from the company People over there keep on saying will do it as soon as possible

His given proof is in attachment along with my pay slip.
So kindly request u to kindly look in my matter.
