This is for the store at Kandivali Growel Mall, we literally had to wait for 1.5 hours in line becuase they allowed multiple billing to one customer. That customer almost did 5-6bills so they can get 3000 coupons. I feel this is not right and when spoken to customer counter they are so useless, they didn't open addition counters neither could provide any solution. Also we were standing at priority counter, even the pregnant female had to stand for an hour, this is so highly unprofessional and disappointing. I would never like to shop again at Big Bazaar
