Big Bazaar / Futurebazaar / Future Retail / Hometown — Premature closure of fd

Sir/ madam, I had applied for premature closer of my future group fd on 28 aug 2020. I made several calls to customers care Mr Dilip and every time got assured that it will get cleared within 7 days. More than one month have gone but I didn't get any response. Please help and resolve at the earliest.
